Frequently Asked

How do I reset my game progress?

From the main menu, tap your profile area and choose Reset Progress. This action is permanent — unlocked ships and achievements cannot be recovered.

The game has no sound.

Make sure your device's silent switch is off and the media volume is up. Void Blaster respects iOS audio focus, so other apps playing audio in the background may take priority.

I lost my progress after reinstalling.

Void Blaster runs fully offline and stores progress locally on your device. Uninstalling the app removes that data — there is no cloud backup at this time.

Why am I seeing ads?

Void Blaster is free to play and supported by ads served through Google AdMob. We show banner ads on menu screens and at most one full-screen ad after a completed run. There is no paid version.

Why did the App Tracking Transparency prompt appear?

iOS requires apps to ask before sharing your device's advertising identifier with third parties. Declining does not disable ads — it only makes them less personalised.

The game crashes or freezes.

Please email us with your device model, OS version, and what you were doing when the crash occurred. Restarting the device and reinstalling resolves most issues caused by corrupted save data.
