TERMS OF
SERVICE
1. Use of the Game
Void Blaster is a single-player mobile game available on iOS and Android. You may use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the game.
2. User Accounts
Void Blaster does not require account registration. Your pilot name and game progress are stored locally on your device and are not associated with any account or identity.
3. In-App Advertising
The game is free to play and is supported by advertising via Google AdMob. By using the game you acknowledge that ads may be displayed on menu screens and between gameplay sessions. We do not control the content of third-party ads.
4. Game Progress & Data Loss
All progress is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for any loss of game progress resulting from device failure, OS updates, app reinstallation, or any other cause. We recommend not resetting your device without first understanding that game data cannot be recovered.
5. Intellectual Property
All content within Void Blaster — including artwork, audio, game mechanics, and code — is the property of the developer. All rights reserved. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to that intellectual property.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Void Blaster is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. Your use of the game is at your sole risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use Void Blaster.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest revision.

These terms are governed by applicable law. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
